Qualification : B.E/B.Tech - MechanicalIndustry : Oil & GasExperience : min 15+ years
Certifications : NDT Level 2 & Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015
Job Description :
1. 15+ years of experience in QA/QC for mechanical construction (refinery/petrochemical projects)
2. Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and standards for mechanical construction
3. Conduct inspections and audits for mechanical systems (piping, vessels, tanks, etc.)
4. Review and approve mechanical construction documents and drawings
5. Witness and verify mechanical testing and commissioning activities
6. Identify and report defects and discrepancies in mechanical systems
7. Collaborate with construction and engineering teams to resolve QA/QC issues
8. Develop and implement corrective action plans for QA/QC deficiencies
9. Prepare and submit QA/QC reports and documentation
10. Ensure safety and quality standards are met for mechanical construction
11. Maintain records of QA/QC activities and inspections
12. Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and standards (ISO 9001, ASME, API, etc.)
