Job Profile:

Business Development / Sales

• Increase Throughput:

  Monitor and enhance overall transaction volumes by optimizing operational processes and ensuring smooth platform usage.

• Drive Referrals:

  Leverage existing networks and client relationships to generate high-quality leads and referrals for platform expansion.

• Vendor Onboarding:

  Ensure maximum vendor onboarding by identifying potential participants, engaging with them proactively, and supporting them through the registration and activation cycle.

• Market Penetration:

  Implement strategies to deepen engagement with existing customers and expand platform usage within assigned markets or segments.

• Limit Monitoring:

  Track and review customer/financier limits on a regular basis to ensure compliance, prevent bottlenecks, and support smooth transaction flow.

• Stakeholder Coordination:

  Work closely with sales, operations, finance, and product teams to ensure end-to-end success of onboarding, engagement, and platform activity.

Service / Operations

• Educate MSMEs, corporates, and financiers on the benefits, features, and processes of the TReDS platform.
• Guide participants through the complete online registration journey via phone and email.
• Review participant applications, including comprehensive KYC checks of companies and key stakeholders.
• Manage assigned workflows and cases independently, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
