Job Title: Process Executive (JL 2) Digital Supply Chain / Order Management
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing & Support:
- Handle day-to-day order management activities with accuracy and timeliness.
- Review and validate order details, update systems, and ensure all transactions are processed correctly.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve order-related issues.
2. Communication & Client Handling:
- Respond to customer or client queries through email or chat in a clear and professional manner.
- Keep clients informed about order status, delays, or any required clarifications.
- Maintain a polite, customer-focused approach in every interaction.
3. Reporting & Documentation:
- Update and maintain trackers, logs, and reports related to case management.
- Ensure all records are complete, accurate, and up to date for internal reviews.
4. Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with other departments and support to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
- Escalate challenges while being proactive to the SME or Team Lead with relevant details for quick resolution.
5. Quality & Compliance:
- Follow process guidelines, SLAs, and compliance standards.
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and transaction handling.
- Participate in process audits or reviews when required.
6. Continuous Learning:
- Be open to learning new tools, processes, and systems used in digital supply chain management.
- Take feedback positively and contribute to improving team performance.
Key Qualifications:
Experience:
- 12 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or back-office operations.
- Graduates with strong communication and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Basic Excel knowledge (data entry, sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Basic understanding of ERP tools or supply chain systems (SAP experience is a plus).
