Training LeadExperience: 3-6 years

Location: Chennai

Responsibilities :

• SME will provide expert technical support, training and process optimization.

• Guide the team in troubleshooting and resolving the advanced level issue

• Coaching, training and product update to support analysts and ensure continuous improvement

• Serve as a Knowledge resources for product feature, best practices and integration Strategies

• Ensure Operational Quality and compliance with client SLA and internal audits.

Skills & competencies:

Mandatory:

• Excellent Comm skill (verbal /Written).

• Good Typing Speed (Preferably 30 to 50 WPM).

• Exp 2 - 4 years of experience in technical trouble shooting (TAC support)for Google Workspace(GWS).

• Knowledge of any Industry Standard Ticketing tool, ITIL Framework etc.

• 24 / 7 environment including Nightshift and weekends

• TCS Offices operating out in Chennai or at Indore locations

Good to have:

- Experience in operating in Hyperscale environment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

- Knowledge and hands-on experience in supporting Google / Microsoft products

-Google Workspace Administrator certification / Microsoft certifications
