Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct laboratory research for new process development and improvement of existing processes.
Design and execute experiments to develop scalable, robust, and cost-efficient processes.
Work on process optimization to improve yield, reduce impurities, and enhance productivity.
Collaborate with Analytical R&D, Production, QA/QC, and EHS teams to ensure smooth technology transfer.
Prepare and maintain process documentation such as SOPs, process descriptions, and batch manufacturing records.
Perform scale-up trials from lab to pilot plant and support commercial production batches.
Troubleshoot process-related issues during manufacturing.
Stay updated on latest trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements in process development.
Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and environmental regulations.
