Data Collection and Analysis:
•Gathering data from various contact center systems •Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.•Developing and maintaining reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).•Reporting and Visualization:•Creating regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on key metrics.•Presenting data in a clear and concise manner, using visualizations (charts, graphs) to highlight key insights.•Ensuring data accuracy and reliability.•Data Accuracy and Timeliness:oPercentage of accurate data entries.oTime taken to generate reports.oProviding accurate and timely data to stakeholders.•Report Generation Efficiency:oNumber of reports generated per period.oTime taken to create and distribute reports.
