We are hiring for Customer Service Intern & Customer Service Executive role and we are glad to invite you for a face-to-face interview round in our company based in Andheri East, Mumbai.

Interview Date, Time and Venue

Interview Date: 29th March 2025 (Saturday)

Interview time: 10:00 am to 03:00 pm

Interview venue: ND Commerce, A-302, 3rd Floor, Dipti Classic, Suren Road, Andheri East, Mumbai-400093.

Landmark: 7 minutes walking distance from Western Express Highway Metro Station

• Handling inbound and outbound calls related to products and services.
• Handling enquiries via calls, regular emails and chats from customers regarding damage products, open packaging or for warranty claim services.
• Managing the queries or the problems of the customers by providing them with the solution.

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Good Communication skills in English is must.

• Experience required: 0 - 4 years in customer service.

• E-commerce industry experience would be an added advantage.

• Pure day shifts only.

• 6 Days Working.
