Walk-in for Freshers - Java Apprentice

The Opportunity

MaintWiz is looking for Freshers to be recruited for Apprenticeship in Software Development (Java) function. 1-year apprenticeship with the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance.

This is an opportunity to build Industry 4.0 SaaS platform for big enterprise clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing SaaS company and help shape and scale the Client Management practice. We’re looking for a sharp, energetic and detail-oriented person who is passionate about implementing solutions for industry.

Job Description

1. Work on new functionality for a SaaS product - MaintWiz
2. Application development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing3. Deployment in AWS infrastructure4. Work in team, understand the documentation and develop as per the specifications5. Independently work on front end screens and the back end queries / functions to deliver the required functionality6. Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle7. Write well designed, testable and efficient code8. Prepare and produce releases of software components9. Support Customer Requirements - Customizations, Enhancements, Defect Resolutions

Requirements:

BE / B.Tech. - Freshers passed out in 2023 / 2024 / 2025 with Good Academics. Other streams & batches need NOT apply.

Academics criteria: 10th & 12th Grade - 80% , Graduation min 75%. (MUST)

Candidates must possess good knowledge in Java, PostgreSQL and Hibernate. Angular will be a plus.

Java Certification preferred but not mandatory

Candidates must have Good Analytical Skills and Communication

Hiring Stages:

Round 1: In-person Written Test in our Office Premises (Chennai).
Round 2: Short listed candidates will undergo additional technical tests and interviews.
