Minimum
18 months (1.6 years)
of experience in
customer support (voice or chat process)
Excellent communication and typing skills
are mandatory
Graduates only
(No undergraduates or pursuing candidates)
Experience in insurance domain
will be an
added advantage
No backend operations experience
only candidates from
customer-facing live chat processes

Shift & Work Details:

Shift:
US and UK Shift
Working Days:
5 days/week,
2 rotational offs
Transport:

2-way cab provided

Compensation:

Fixed CTC:
4 LPA (including variable up to 4.8 LPA)

Interview Rounds:

Non-Voice AMCAT Test
Typing Assessment
Voice and Accent round
Operations Round
