Job Summary

Senior Tech Lead / Tech Lead Java

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design and development of complex, high-performance Java applications.
Architect and implement
microservices-based solutions
using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
Enhance and optimize applications for
scalability, reliability, and performance
.
Provide
technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance
to engineering teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teamsProduct, DevOps, and QA—to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality software.
Define and enforce
best practices
in coding, testing, security, and deployment.
Design and deliver
cloud-native solutions
leveraging AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, and Kubernetes.
Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and resolve system performance bottlenecks.
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and
drive innovation
within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience
in Java development.
Strong expertise in
Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices architecture
.
Hands-on experience with
RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and messaging systems
(Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.).
Experience with
CI/CD pipelines
and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, etc.).
Proven proficiency in
AWS services
and cloud infrastructure design.
Strong grasp of
security best practices, performance optimization, and monitoring
.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a background in
Agile environments
.
Exceptional
communication and leadership skills
with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
