• Source candidates via job portals, social media & internal databases
• Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews for IT positions
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle
• Maintain candidate database & daily recruitment tracker
• Follow up with candidates until onboarding

🔹 Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Good communication & sourcing skills
• Ability to manage multiple requirements
• Immediate joiners preferred
