CAE Modeler with strong ANSA CFD expertise

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Perform

   expert-level ANSA CFD modeling

   (This is a mandatory requirement).
2. Build and manage

   Full Vehicle Thermal System Models

   with accuracy and consistency.
3. Apply appropriate

   modeling strategies for rubber and plastic parts

   , especially in thermally sensitive regions.
4. Handle

   Part Structure Management

   in ANSA, ensuring proper organization of model entities.
5. Execute

   full-vehicle integration

   including subsystem merging, model checks, and connectivity validation.
6. Demonstrate strong understanding of

   all major vehicle subsystems

   and their operational behavior.
7. Ensure daily progress updates and effective communication with project teams.
8. Identify modeling issues, propose solutions, and escalate challenges when needed.
9. Maintain high standards of

   team collaboration, professionalism, and attitude

   throughout deliverables.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Hands-on ANSA CFD model-building experience
• Good analytical skills & attention to detail
• Knowledge of thermal analysis, meshing standards, and vehicle subsystem behavior
• Ability to work in fast-paced project environments
• Strong discipline in meeting deadlines and quality expectations
