Job Description

1- Design Engineering -Assistant/Deputy Manager JOB DESCRIPTION 1) Design and detailing of the heat exchangers (Radiator / Intercoolers / Condensers / Evaporators/ Heaters / Oil coolers etc.) with accuracy level of 100% 2) Interaction with customer to understand the needs with the delivery rating of 100% 3) Interactions with Cross Functional Team (customers / suppliers / manufacturing / QA) to speed up developmental activities as a proactive action. 4) Coordinating design releases following standard APQP processes 5) Defining DVP and doing DFMEA Education: B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical, M.E./M. Tech in Design/Thermal Engineering Experience: 2-5 years of design experience, and exposure to Heat Exchangers, Cooling Systems, and HVAC would be an added advantage Required Skills: Hand on experience in CAD-Creo or Catia, PLM, DFMEA, DVP 2- CAE Engineer: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager JOB DESCRIPTION 1) Pre and post processing for structural Analysis with proper input from designers for load setting and material properties. 2) Supporting designers to improve designs and making CAE reports 3) Work on new technologies. Develop algorithms for calculation. 4) Co-ordinating simulations with outsourced activities. Education: M.E./MTech in Mechanical Engineering/ Thermal Experience: 3-7 years of design experience in CAE simulation Structural Analysis, Modal Analysis, Fatigue life calculations Required Skills: Hands-on experience on Altair Hypermesh, Optistuct.
