The officer builds strong customer relationships, manages billing and documentation, and upholds Tanishqs values of trust, quality, and service. Additional responsibilities include stock handling, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store hygiene and display readiness.
The Telecaller is responsible for contacting customers, sharing information about Tanishq products, offers, and services, and driving store visits. The role includes handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining customer records, generating leads, and providing excellent customer support. The telecaller ensures professional communication, builds customer relationships, and supports the sales team in achieving targets.
