Job Purpose


To manage and enhance customer relationships at the branch level, drive revenue through cross-selling and upselling financial products, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management

  • Engage with existing clients to understand their financial needs and offer suitable broking products.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with prompt resolution.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Cross-sell and upsell financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, PMS, and trading accounts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
  • Generate leads through referrals, walk-ins, and outbound activities.

Branch Operations Support

  • Assist in processing client transactions and service requests within defined turnaround times.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies during client onboarding and servicing.
  • Promote digital platforms like mobile trading apps, internet trading, and WhatsApp support.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, compliance, product) to resolve client issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends and service improvements.

Qualifications & Skills
Education

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

  • 0-5 years in retail broking, banking, or financial services.
  • Prior experience in client servicing or relationship management is preferred.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales orientation with a customer-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of broking products and financial markets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
