Walk In - Billing Engineer - Gurugram - 22nd & 23rd July

Role & responsibilities

• Making Bills of Sub Contractors. Preparation and Submission of Monthly Client Bill/ Sub Contractor billing.

• Making Reconciliations for every month of Steel ,Cement ,Tile and other consumables items

• To check the bills as per priority and forward it to higher authorities for approval on the scheduled day.

• Checking of Bills of civil works raised in measurement books in accordance with the provisions laid down in relevant IS Codes, CPWD specifications etc.

• Checking of RA bills & final that for payment to contractor Prepare Cost estimation of project compiling the cost of Materials, Manpower , Equipment, Subcontracts, Overheads etc. required for the execution of the project

• To check all the relevant information and documents required for the payment challan, with the bills.

• Equipment, Subcontracts, Overheads etc. required for the execution of the project

• To maintain the files of each contractor, with proper coding and numbering.

• To update the information of the mode of measurement for all construction activities, rules for billing, and other standard methods of calculation.

• To maintain the records of the cheques received from the accounts department and cheques issue to the contractors.

• Work out the quantities of site execution activities as per drawings for construction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Civil Engineer with Real Estate/ Building Construction having billing exposure in Client and Sub contractor needs to apply only.

• Having in-depth knowledge of BIS codes.

• To prepare the statements required by the accounts department as and when required.

• Prepare MIS reports on weekly and monthly basis. Should have worked on Farvision and Auto CAD.
