Waitress/Bar Staff

• Guest Interaction: Greet guests, answer questions about the menu and specials, and provide menu recommendations.
• Order Taking: Accurately record food and drink orders from guests and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
• Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and professionally.
• Table Maintenance: Set tables, clear finished courses, and ensure utensils and water glasses are refilled.
• Payments: Process payments accurately, handling both cash and credit card transactions.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain the cleanliness of dining areas, workstations, and adhere to sanitation and food safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Complaint Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints with patience and professionalism.
