Waiter – 4+ Years Experience
Location: Café Fraby, Vyttila, Ernakulam

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused waiter/waitress to join our team at Café Fraby. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment, with strong skills in customer service, order taking, and table management. Responsibilities include greeting guests, serving food and beverages, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining cleanliness and service standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Greet guests, escort them to tables, and present menus.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, noting any special requests or dietary needs, often using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Deliver food and drinks from the kitchen to the tables, ensuring timely and proper presentation.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, ingredients, and daily specials, and make recommendations.
• Act as a liaison between customers and kitchen staff, relaying orders and any special instructions.
• Present checks, collect payments, and handle various transaction types.
• Set up tables with linens and silverware, and clear away dirty dishes and debris.
• Address customer concerns and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary dining environment by following health and safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
