## Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

## Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

## Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely manner

- Provide excellent customer service, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly

- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods

- Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions accurately

- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth service

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to health and safety standards

## Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a related role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time effectively

- Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods

- Basic math skills, accuracy with cash handling

- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, move quickly, and lift heavy objects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
