Job Description

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter and Waitress Staff to join our busy bakery and café. You will be the face of our brand — greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest has a great experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.
Take and process customer orders accurately.
Serve bakery items, tea, coffee, and other beverages.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the service and display area.
Refill displays and ensure all products look fresh and attractive.
Handle billing and cash/card payments (if required).
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service.
Provide excellent customer service and handle queries efficiently.

Requirements

Previous experience in café, bakery, or restaurant service preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of POS / billing is an advantage.
Friendly, well-groomed, and energetic personality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
