We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Store Keeper with strong accounting knowledge to manage inventory operations while ensuring accurate financial documentation and reporting. This role bridges inventory control with financial accountability, making it ideal for candidates who blend logistical precision with accounting acumen. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods. Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory systems. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies. Accounting & Financial Reporting Record inventory transactions in compliance with accounting standards. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate cost allocation and valuation. Assist in preparing monthly inventory reports and financial statements. Documentation & Compliance Maintain purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices. Ensure all inventory movements are properly documented and authorized. Support GST compliance and other statutory requirements related to inventory. Coordination & Communication Liaise with suppliers, procurement, and finance departments. Monitor reorder levels and initiate procurement requests. Provide inventory data for budgeting and forecasting. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Commerce, or related field. Proven experience in inventory management or storekeeping. Strong understanding of accounting principles, especially related to inventory valuation (FIFO, LIFO, Weighted Average). Proficiency Microsoft Excel.
