Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to tables.
  • Present menus and answer questions about food and beverages.
  • Provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
  • Order Management
  • Take accurate food and drink orders.
  • Relay orders promptly to the kitchen
  • Ensure timely delivery of meals and beverages.
  • Dining Experience
  • Check on guests during meals to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle complaints or requests professionally.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with chefs and other staff.
  • Support colleagues during busy hours.

Essential Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menus
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

1–2 years of prior experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment preferred.

Experience handling customer service, food orders, and POS systems is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
