Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Customer Billing
• Prepare and issue bills promptly after service.
• Ensure accuracy in food and beverage charges, taxes, and discounts.
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments securely.
• POS & Record Management
• Operate the restaurant’s POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently.
• Maintain daily billing records and reconcile cash drawers.
• Generate end-of-day sales reports for management.
• Customer Interaction
• Address billing queries politely and professionally.
• Resolve discrepancies or complaints regarding charges.
• Provide clear explanations of bill breakdowns when requested.

Essential Skills

• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
• Proficiency in POS systems, MS Excel
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure during peak hours
• Trustworthiness and integrity in handling money

1–2 years of prior experience in billing, cashiering, or accounts roles (preferably in hospitality).

Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and customer service practices is an advantage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
