WAITER

As a key member of our service team, your role is essential in creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests. You will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every diner enjoys exceptional service from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and Seat Guests:

Welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Escort them to their tables and ensure they are comfortably seated.

• Present Menus and Offer Guidance:

Provide menus, explain daily specials, and answer any questions regarding dishes, ingredients, and dietary preferences.

• Take Accurate Orders:

Record food and beverage orders clearly and accurately, and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.

• Serve Food and Beverages:

Deliver orders in a timely manner, ensuring correct items are served as requested. Be attentive to additional needs such as water refills, condiments, or extra utensils.

• Ensure Guest Satisfaction:

Regularly check on guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and service. Address any concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.

• Process Payments:

Present bills, accept payments via cash, card, or digital methods, and return accurate change or receipts.

• Maintain a Clean Dining Area:

Set and reset tables quickly and efficiently. Clear used dishes, wipe down tables, and keep the dining space tidy and presentable at all times.

• Collaborate with Team Members:

Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and fellow service staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

Requirements:

• A positive attitude, polite behavior, and a passion for customer service
• Strong communication skills and attentiveness to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred, but not mandatory – training will be provided

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 50 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Palakkad, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
