Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the

  primary point of contact

  for WAF implementations, managing technical issues and vendor coordination.
• Maintain and enhance WAF

  Target Operating Model (TOM)

  and

  Capability Model

  .
• Work alongside CDN/WAF vendors technical and professional services teams for troubleshooting and deployments.
• Lead

  end-to-end WAF project execution

  , including planning, coordination, implementation, and closure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, manage risk, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Own and deliver on technical aspects of integrations

  configuration, testing, documentation, debugging

  , and go-live support.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation and manage change/release processes following organizational policies.
• Proactively

  identify risks

  and propose effective mitigation strategies.
• Drive

  quality assurance and configuration reviews

  with vendor teams to meet exact specifications.
• Actively manage

  release planning, ITSO coordination

  , and adherence to governance standards.
• Interface with internal and external teams to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

  8+ years of experience

  in infrastructure/business analysis or technical project delivery.
• Strong understanding and hands-on exposure to

  WAF solutions (AWAF preferred)

  and

  CDN technologies

  .
• Good grasp of

  version control, build, and deployment tools

  .
• Familiarity with

  Agile methodologies

  and

  quality management frameworks

  .
• Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent

  communication and stakeholder engagement

  abilities—verbal and written.
• Experience working across multiple internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver integrated solutions.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills to manage technical changes, releases, and issue resolution.
