Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of IT roles, focusing primarily on Citizens and Green Card holders.
Collaborate with account managers to understand staffing needs and deliver top-tier candidates.
Navigate U.S. visa statuses and tax terms (W2, 1099) with ease.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth and engaging recruitment process.
3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, particularly with SI clients.
Expertise in recruiting Citizens and Green Card holders.
Strong understanding of U.S. & Canada’s visa statuses and tax terms (W2, 1099).
Deep knowledge of IT roles and industry terminology.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
