Take on a new chaenge and appy your vaidation and verification expertise in a cutting-edge fied. You work aongside coaborative, innovative, and driven teammates.You' pay a pivota roe in ensuring the quaity and reiabiity of software modues by defining test strategies, designing vaidation environments, and executing both manua and automated tests. Day-to-day, you work cosey with teams across the business (software architects, designers, system engineers, quaity teams, and project managers), contribute to standardization efforts, and support program quaity, cost, and deivery commitments.You specificay take care of producing vaidation resut reports and test automation, but aso contribute to SW specification and architecture coaboration.We ook to you for:
Defining test strategies, test pans, estimations, and deivery schedues
Specifying, designing, and deveoping vaidation environments and toos
Ensuring requirements traceabiity according to the Management Pan
Automating integration and vaidation tasks using scripts and batch fies
Producing vaidation reports and managing defect change requests
Coaborating with architects and designers throughout the software vaidation cyce
Standardizing and reusing soutions where possibe
Performing software modue integration and functiona testing
Guiding and mentoring newcomers to achieve quaity, cost, and deivery targets
Supporting peer reviews and resoving testing issues

Bacheors/Post-Graduate degree in Engineering IT, CS, ECE, EEE, or equivaent
11+ years of experience in software product functiona testing and automation
Strong understanding of the V&V process and software methodoogies (e.g., waterfa, Agie)
Experience in requirement-based testing and test case design
Proficiency in scripting anguages ike Python
Famiiarity with toos ike DOORS, Cear Case, Cear Quest, GITLAB, RTC, Seenium, and Squish
Knowedge of testing techniques such as back-box testing, boundary vaue anaysis, and robustness anaysis
Experience with structura coverage anaysis, faiure anaysis, and debugging
Exposure to standards ike CENELEC SIL4 / DO178A / DO178B is desirabe
Proficient in Engish with strong written and verba communication skis
