Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in supporting various initiatives at Zelis India that enhance the healthcare financial experience. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the development and implementation of innovative solutions, ensuring optimization of technology and processes for efficiency, and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular vulnerability assessments to identify potential security risks in the organization's systems and applications. - Assist in providing vulnerability information to security responders during incidents. - Coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely application of security patches and updates for vulnerability mitigation. - Create and maintain detailed documentation of vulnerability findings, remediation actions, and configuration changes. - Ensure systems and configurations comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with cybersecurity team members and IT staff to implement security best practices and enhance overall security posture. - Generate and present reports on vulnerability and configuration management activities to senior management. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. - Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, ISC2, SANS GSEC, CEH, AWS, Azure are a plus. - Understanding of security best practices and security frameworks from an organization-wide perspective (NIST, ISO). - 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or security analytics.
