Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced VTS Manager to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in technical services, with a strong background in poultry key accounts operations and multi-tasking, collaboration, planning, and analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with the sales team to increase sales of hatchery vaccines and new products.
Develop and manage VTS teams across different zones in the country.
Implement action plan requests as directed by Business and VTS functions, delivering excellent customer service and internal/external support.
Conduct follow-up visits to key account customers to ensure correct implementation of actions and plans.
Ensure compliance with all work-related activities in the country, adhering to BIAH policies and procedures.
Train and mentor new VTS personnel, collecting, analyzing, and disseminating market information to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Investigate product-related complaints and recommend appropriate remedial actions.
Play a key role in imparting VTS, hatchery audit, and technical training to the sales team.
Manage daily issues related to Technical queries, product complaints, on-the-job training for the sales team, and provide technical training on vaccination processes and hatchery operations.
Monitor ongoing clinical/field trials and audits of vaccination processes, meeting with customers together with the sales team, attending technical seminars organized by Veterinary colleges/universities, and managing assigned projects.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Graduate degree in Science/Engineering.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical services, preferably in poultry key accounts operations.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and database applications.
Ability to travel, including overnight travel, and willingness to relocate if necessary.
Strong understanding of poultry key accounts operations, including hatchery operations and vaccination processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
A minimum of 3-5 years in technical services is required.
