Job Description

Job Setting and operating of VTL CNC machines like Hyundai, Jagdeep, ACE make machines.
Fully Conversant with
Fanuc
operating systems and nomenclature of VTL machines.
Machining exposure on medium size to larger size castings machining.
Knowledge of both steel & cast-iron parts machining parameters
Interpreting of machining processes & Engineering Drawing study
Handling experience on measuring instruments such as Micrometers, Vernier caliper, dial indicators, Dial bore gauge, inside micrometers, thread gauges etc.

Machine Set up

Machine Operation

Quality Inspection

Carry out 1st off inspection as per SOP / PFD drawings and write inspection report / Route cards, Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerances.
