Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble electrical components such as relays, connectors, wiring harnesses, circuit boards, and other railway electrical parts.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), assembly drawings, and work instructions.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for defects or deviations from specifications.
• Perform basic functional tests and report non-conformities to the supervisor.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures safely and efficiently.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Record production data, material usage, and any issues encountered during assembly.
• Ensure proper labeling and traceability of components.
• Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Comply with ISO standards and company quality management systems.

Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Basic knowledge of electrical components and assembly techniques.
• Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to work in a team environment.

Salary & Benefits

• CTC:

  3,00,000 per year (4,50,000 for 18 months)

• Bonus:

  22,500 for 18 months (included in CTC)

• PF Savings:

  65,000 for 18 months

• Medical Insurance Coverage:

  6,00,000 (Self & Family)

• ESI:

  Covered in addition to Insurance

• Contract Bond:

  No Bond
