Job Title: VR Lab Assistant – Entry-Level (Freshers Welcome)

Location: GSL Medical College, Rajahmundry

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹18,000 - 25,000 per month (Based on experience)

• We are hiring freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.

About the Role:

MediSim VR has established a state-of-the-art Virtual Reality (VR) training lab at GSL Medical College, Rajahmundry. We are looking for a smart, responsible, and friendly fresher to manage the lab and assist students during their training sessions.You do not need a medical or technical background, we will train you. All you need is confidence, basic computer skills, and the ability to handle tasks independently.Key

Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage VR equipment during student sessions
• Set up and manage manikins and look into the VR lab.
• Guide students through the VR training process
• Keep the lab clean, organized, and functioning smoothly
• Maintain usage logs, attendance sheets, and inventory records
• Troubleshoot basic issues like app freezing, headset not pairing, etc.
• Act as the main point of contact in the lab.

Who Should Apply:

• Freshers or those with up to 2 years of experience
• Graduates from any stream (BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, etc.)
• Must be based in or around Rajahmundry or near GSL Medical College.
• Confident and polite, with good English and Telegu communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers (Excel, Word, internet)
• Able to troubleshoot minor tech issues and work independently

Bonus If You:

• Have handled gadgets, VR, or AV equipment or worked in a simulation lab.
• Have worked in customer-facing roles (retail, events, help desk, etc.)

Note:

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring daily presence during college working hours.

Training will be provided. We are looking for candidates who are serious about long-term work and can be reliable points of contact for both students and faculty.
