Job Description

Lead complex projects from inception to completion,demonstrating expertise in Business and functional areas

Act as a subject matter expert, advising cross-functional teamsand stakeholders on best practices and innovative solutions

Owning Business Success Metrics for all clients and working oncontinuous improvement through in-depth analysis of the customerdata sets for the client.

Mentoring the team of DAs, so that they can independently work onachieving target Success Matrices for their respective clients

\uF0CF Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processesand workflows

Collaborate closely with leadership to develop and executestrategic objectives aligned with organizational goals

Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify emergingtrends and opportunities in the industry

Deliver high-quality work within established timelines, ensuringadherence to company standards and policies

Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendorsto enhance collaboration and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes

Stay abreast of industry advancements and participate inprofessional development activities to maintain expertise.

Team Management
Requirements

Bachelors/Masters Degree in CS/IT from a premier college

Proven working experience of 8-12 Years of Data and BusinessAnalysis

Technical expertise regarding data models, database designdevelopment, data mining and segmentation techniques.

Strong hands-on experience with SQL and reporting packages(Business Objects etc.), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETLframeworks)

Excellent with Number Crunching, worked on large datasets

Excellent knowledge of statistics and experience using statisticalpackages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze,and disseminate significant amounts of information with attentionto detail and accuracy

Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
