As a seasoned broking professional, you will be responsible for driving HNI/UHNI client acquisition with a strong focus on brokerage revenue and TPP sales. Your role will involve leading and scaling a high-performing team of Relationship Managers and Dealers, supported by robust portfolio advisory capabilities. It is essential to demonstrate proven stability (3+ years in the current firm) and the skill to develop business from a zero-client base. You will be expected to onboard and manage a team of 7+ members while achieving defined revenue Key Result Areas (KRAs) with a breakdown of 60-70% from brokerage and 30-40% from TPP sales.
