The role involves leading and scaling a high-performing team of Relationship Managers and Dealers, backed by strong portfolio advisory capabilities. Candidates must bring proven stability (3+ years in current firm) and the ability to build business from a zero-client base. Expected to onboard and manage a 7+ member team while meeting defined revenue KRAs (60–70% brokerage, 30–40% TPP).
