### 🎯 *Role Overview*

We are seeking a *Chief of Staff / Head of Strategy / VP - Founder’s Office*, who will partner directly with the Founder and leadership team to:

* Orchestrate and execute business strategies

* Drive special projects and new market initiatives

* Optimize cross-functional collaboration

* Serve as the founder's strategic extension in planning and implementation

### 📌 *Key Responsibilities*

#### 🚀 Strategic Growth & GTM Execution

* Lead go-to-market strategies for new business verticals or geographies

* Drive revenue modeling, cost optimization, and business planning

* Identify growth opportunities via market research, benchmarking, and customer insights

#### 🧩 Cross-Functional Program Management

* Manage strategic initiatives across operations, marketing, product, and HR

* Ensure alignment of departments to business KPIs and timelines

* Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams

#### 📊 Business Planning & Performance

* Create and own financial models, AOPs, and three-statement reports

* Track business performance and highlight risk/opportunity areas

* Present business updates and board-level insights regularly
