Title: VP - RTR Transformation


Candidate Expectation and Roles & Responsibilities


Minimum 13+ years of experience in Record to Report

Techno-Functional profile with extensive/good knowledge experience in F&A especially in RTR

Hands on project delivery experience preferably with Ariba, Coupa, & Trade Shift.

Ability to understand the process requirements and able to suggest the solution at a point of time

Stake-holder Management with on-time & clearly able to articulate/communicate the issue with recommended solutions is the key

Effectively channelize the discussions with client organization including Business and Technology teams

Assertive leadership and communication style, with proven experience in navigating through diverse stakeholders with different agendas in a calm and data/ plan driven manner
