Job Description

You should possess a BE in Mechanical or Production Engineering with 15 to 20 years of experience in Engineering Companies, preferably within the auto-ancillary domain. Your track record should demonstrate proven leadership experience in business planning and P&L management. Exposure to Gears and Transmission, handling OEMs, NPD, Defence sector, and Railways will be beneficial. The ideal age for this role is 45-48 years.
