VP of Engineering

Collaborating with a close-knit and extremely passionate agile team, you will be responsible for architecting, implementing, testing, and continuously delivering new features and products to our customers. Key skills required for this role include thought leadership, project management skills, architectural and design thinking for building scalable, resilient, and robust systems, experience in handling large volume/traffic, knowledge of data structures, Java or .NET or Node or any other similar language, familiarity with Angular or React or any other similar framework, experience with MySQL/Oracle or similar databases, and an understanding of Docker (preferred but not mandatory) and Azure/AWS (preferred but not mandatory). The successful candidate must possess a strong will to face the challenges that come with a start-up journey. They should be able to handle a high load of deliveries and work effectively in a fast-paced, pressure-filled environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, including the ability to set direction, define priorities, resolve conflicts, and ensure high-quality and timely delivery, as the core engineering team will be led by the candidate.
