Job Description

In this role, you will oversee the operational support, system stability, and continuous improvement of Pega solutions that drive People & Culture processes. Leveraging your Pega expertise and software engineering skills, you will tackle complex technical challenges while contributing to solution architecture and strategic delivery. Your leadership will ensure operational excellence and effective stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment. - 5+ years of exceptional technical expertise in Pega systems, with hands-on proficiency and a focus on attaining or holding Pega CLSA certification - Proven leadership experience in guiding developers, managing technical delivery, and collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and subject matter experts - Strong understanding of technical solutions and design patterns, including experience with Pega SaaS, cloud technologies (AWS, EKS, containerization), and RDS databases like MS SQL and Oracle - Practical experience with API-based integration, implementing security design principles and best practices, and handling operational support of the platform, including incident management and system stability - Ability to thrive in an agile environment while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in a fast-paced setting At Macquarie, you're empowered to shape a career that's rewarding in all the ways that matter most to you.
