Description
As a highly skilled and strategic VP-Investor Relations at Z1 Tech, your role will involve leading engagement with investors, analysts, and key stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and executing the company's Investor Relations strategy, ensuring clear, consistent, and transparent communication with investors and analysts. Additionally, you will manage relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other financial stakeholders to enhance shareholder value. Your duties will also include leading quarterly earnings calls, financial reporting, and investor presentations, collaborating with senior leadership and the finance team to provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and financial disclosure norms, monitoring industry trends, competitor performance, and investor sentiment to support business decisions, organizing investor roadshows, conferences, and meetings with key stakeholders, and developing and managing investor communications, including annual reports, press releases, and investor decks. Qualifications Required: - MBA (Mandatory); CA preferred - 10+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance - Prior experience in a publicly listed company is highly preferred - Strong understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, and regulatory requirements - Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to build relationships with investors, analysts, and senior leadership About Z1 Tech: Z1 Tech is a technology-first company striving to innovate digital advertising and marketing to streamline automation in favor of humankind.
