VP Growth & Retention

As a Strong Head of Growth / Retention / Acquisition focused on B2C Apps, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Must have minimum 12+ years of experience in app acquisition, growth, and retention of digital products. - Proven track record of driving acquisition, engagement, retention, churn reduction, and conversion for large-scale consumer apps. - Must have team leading experience and cross-functional collaboration across product, tech, and marketing. - Expertise in mobile app analytics, funnel optimization, A/B testing, growth experimentation, customer insight generation, marketing automation tools, and dashboarding for KPI visibility. Please note that the CTC breakup offered will be 80% fixed and 20% variable, as per Company policy.
