VP - Fraud Operations

Job Description: The Ops Sup Sr. Manager role at Citigroup is a senior management position where you will be responsible for leading a team to provide operations support services in coordination with the Operations - Core team. Your main goal will be to ensure the seamless delivery of operations support services in alignment with Citi's operations support infrastructure and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage professional teams and departments by delegating tasks and responsibilities - Conduct performance evaluations, compensations, hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations of team members while maintaining appropriate staffing levels - Monitor the quality and efficiency of end results, manage training and development needs of assigned personnel - Create and develop budgets, policies, and short-term resource planning - Handle occasionally complex and varied issues with significant departmental impact - Apply in-depth knowledge to integrate areas within the sub function and contribute to the goals of the entire function - Provide evaluative judgment in complicated and unique situations - Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards - Operate with a limited level of direct supervision, exercise independence of judgment and autonomy - Act as a Subject Matter Expert to senior stakeholders and other team members - Assess risks when making business decisions and demonstrate consideration for the firm's reputation and compliance with laws and regulations Qualifications: - 10 - 12 years of experience in managing teams, CA, CMA, or equivalent certification with strong excel skills or extensive banking experience - Team player, detail-oriented, leadership skills, and critical thinker - Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to unexpected changes in expectations - Proven organization and time management skills - Demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Education: - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Masters degree preferred - CA/CMA or any equivalent certification Company Details: Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
