VP Business Analytics Lead Analyst - AML/KYC

As the KYC Project Manager at Citi, your role involves leading Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight, and regulatory reporting activities. Your main objective is to spearhead the development and management of an internal KYC (Know Your Client) program. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead AML KYC related projects, collaborating closely with Compliance, Technology, and Operations teams - Drive business requirements and data mapping initiatives on large, complex projects - Identify inefficiencies in technology systems and applications and implement improvements - Communicate effectively with various teams including Compliance, Technology, and Operations - Create and deliver project updates to large audiences and senior stakeholders - Collaborate with USPB KYC Operations to understand daily challenges and communicate technology enhancements - Operate with limited direct supervision, taking initiative to find ethical solutions to challenges - Thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment - Exercise independent judgment and autonomy - Serve as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members - Assess risks in business decisions with consideration for the firm's reputation and compliance with laws and regulations **Qualifications:** - 12+ years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst - Financial Services experience required, with knowledge of Retail Banking, Wealth, and Credit Cards preferred - Familiarity with waterfall and/or agile methodologies, technology, and the Software Development Lifecycle - Experience in AML KYC, CTR, and Transaction Monitoring is advantageous In addition to the qualifications, you are required to have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
