Job Description

As an AVP / VP - Sales at VisionSure, you will play a crucial role in driving sales of VisionSure's offerings through partner insurance companies and insurance intermediaries. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining relationships with insurance companies and insurance intermediaries such as brokers and corporate agents. - Serving as the primary point of contact for distribution partners (insurance intermediaries) and driving the adoption of vision benefits for their customers. - Driving sales of the VisionSure wellness package through partnerships with insurance companies and insurance intermediaries. - Establishing new partnerships with insurance intermediaries. - Collaborating between insurers and insurance intermediaries to boost the adoption of vision benefits. - Providing feedback for product development to create new and innovative vision care solutions. - Assisting the internal sales team in building stronger relationships with insurance companies. Qualifications required for this role include: - 7 - 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in driving sales through insurance intermediaries. - A strong, existing network within insurance intermediaries is mandatory, with experience in health / wellness benefits being a significant advantage. - An entrepreneurial mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and thriving in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment. - Willingness to work as an individual contributor for at least 6 months while recruiting and expanding the team. - A proven track record of building and leading sales on the ground.
