POSITION SUMMARY

The Vice President Administration will oversee group-wide administrative functions to ensure seamless operations, facilities management, and efficient support services across all business units.

The role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and compliance, while providing senior leadership with reliable administrative support for smooth execution of corporate initiatives.

Reporting to: GCHRO

Location: Mumbai (Bandra West)

KEY RESPONSBILITIES

Administration & Operations

• Manage day-to-day administration across group offices, facilities, and business units.

• Develop and implement policies, processes, and best practices to streamline administrative operations.

Facilities & Vendor Management

• Lead facilities management, workplace services, and infrastructure upkeep across multiple locations.

• Manage vendor contracts, negotiations, and service-level compliance to ensure cost efficiency and quality delivery.

Travel, Logistics & Support Functions

• Oversee corporate travel, logistics, and hospitality operations.

• Implement standardized procedures for travel bookings, employee mobility, and related support functions.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure all administrative operations adhere to statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain robust internal controls and reporting mechanisms.

Leadership & Stakeholder Support

• Partner with senior leadership to provide reliable administrative support for corporate activities, board events, and organizational initiatives.

• Lead and mentor administrative teams, fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 12–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in administration, operations, or facilities management.

• Proven experience managing multi-location, large-scale operations.

• Strong people management, vendor negotiation, and compliance skills.

• Exposure to corporate governance and large enterprise operations preferred.
