Job Role: Assistant Manager Salesforce (Local Admin – Lightning Reporting)

Client: Deloitte USI(C2H)

Experience: 2-4 years

Job Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Job Summary

Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain
custom Salesforce dashboards and reports
from scratch.
Work with business teams to
translate requirements into actionable reports
.
Ensure
data accuracy and integrity
across all dashboards.
Provide
local Salesforce admin support
for reporting-related needs.
Utilize
Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM)
for advanced visualizations (good to have).

Requirements:

Salesforce Admin 201 certification – Mandatory.
Strong experience in
Salesforce Lightning Report Builder
.
Hands-on expertise in
reporting and dashboard creation
(purely reporting-focused role).
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Educational background:
B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related fields. (Candidates from Mechanical or Civil Engineering backgrounds will not be considered.)

Good to Have:

Experience with
Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM
