Volunteer/Social Media Coordinator

Humane Animal Society (HAS) is a non-profit trust based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, dedicated to the welfare of stray animals. HAS focuses on animal birth control, anti-rabies drives, rescuing animals in urgent need of treatment, and rehabilitation. The organization also advocates for the equal rights of all sentient beings and relies on public funding and contributions from individuals and corporations.

Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time, on-site role for a volunteer/social media co-ordinator at Humane Animal Society - India. The social media role involves capturing/editing photos or videos for social media platforms. Content creation for social media and good communication skills are desired. The volunteer coordinator role involves creating events for volunteers, onboarding and coordinating activities for them according to their interests, and expanding our volunteering network.
