Volunteer Coordinator / Program Manager

Position Purpose

The Community Volunteer supports community-based programs, outreach initiatives, and service activities by providing time, effort, and skills. The role contributes to improving community wellbeing, assisting program staff, and ensuring smooth execution of events and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities1. Community Support & Engagement

• Assist in organizing and conducting community outreach programs.
• Support awareness campaigns, workshops, and events.
• Interact with community members professionally and respectfully.
• Help identify community needs and share insights with program staff.

2. Event Assistance

• Support setup, registration, coordination, and crowd management.
• Help distribute materials, resources, or supplies during events.
• Provide on-ground support during health camps, drives, and activities.

3. Administrative & Operational Support

• Help maintain attendance records, registration lists, and documentation.
• Provide assistance with data entry, distribution of forms, or information dissemination.
• Assist staff in arranging logistics, materials, and equipment.

4. Communication & Awareness

• Share program information with local communities.
• Encourage community participation in initiatives and welfare activities.
• Maintain positive communication with stakeholders and participants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
