Voice Support-Night Shift

You should have proven experience in customer service or voice process, preferably in international voice support. Your strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, will be essential for this role. You must be capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as required by the business is a must. Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions will be highly valued. Your strong interpersonal skills and a team player attitude will contribute to the collaborative work environment. You should be able to work under pressure and handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism. Knowledge of CRM software and call center tools is a plus.
